Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account or using Life-Pathway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Your Content
- Journal entries, voice notes, highlights, and favorites you create remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and display them back to you as part of the service.
- You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
App Content
- Devotionals, Bible plans, and study materials are provided for personal, non-commercial devotional use.
- Scripture text is sourced from freely usable Bible translations and public Bible APIs.
- AI-generated content (daily verses, commentary summaries, translations) is provided for devotional reflection and is not a substitute for pastoral counsel or professional theological advice.
Notifications
- If you enable notifications, we will send a daily devotional reminder at your chosen time (06:00 by default). You can disable notifications at any time in Settings.
Service Availability
- We strive to keep Life-Pathway available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where possible.
Limitation of Liability
- Life-Pathway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Life-Pathway after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
