Account & Data Deletion

Delete from within the app

Signed-in users can permanently delete their account below. This removes your profile, journal entries, voice notes, highlights, favorites, Amen reactions, Bible plan progress, and sign-in credentials. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us at support@life-pathway.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, language, theme and notification preferences)
• Journal entries and voice-note recordings
• Bible verse highlights, favorites and Amen reactions
• Bible plan progress
• Your login credentials and authentication record

Some anonymized, non-personal records (such as devotional content you read) may be retained as they are not linked to your identity.
